历经岁月洗涤的Cherry G80-3700 HQU数字键盘

这支数字键盘是cherry德国做的，型号是G80-3700HQU；HQU；之中的H通常是代表它是支二色成型的键帽；U代表的是它是美式的键盘配置

该键盘的键帽使用了二种，一是厚的二色成型键帽，一是薄的用的印字法是升华印刷并且只用在上面四个可程式化键与有灯号的num lock键！



键盘上的键帽拔下来



键盘是用cherry mx系列中的黑轴；使用的弹簧是2.8 oz.的高克数。入手感是顺畅、无段落感！ 可以看到图中的键轴上有led灯，是很少见的轴，该轴无法直接拆解，必须要先解焊它的led灯才可以！



Num lock上有一个透明视窗。印字是用升华印刷



Esc上的印字有些变淡！


End字样更淡了！

键盘分解成三大部分，可以看到它的pcb版的支撑点是像长条状的支撑，但不像g80-3000一样是整条横过键盘，不过对这样的小面积的pcb版应不差了




外壳上的制造日期1997/11/5



pcb版后另一个小pcb版，上有重要的ic。




该ic应是motorala制！



主pcb版后的印字，与它的接点分布，它的焊接作工依然是很美应该也是机械自动焊的



重要的出线用束线带固定在pcb版上，后再从二个支柱中出线！ 图中看到的金属方状物是它的ps2母头用来串接主键盘用的，此g80-3700无法独用，必须串接主键盘才能工作！



键盘pcb版上的贴纸再次说明它的型号，不且有人手写签名以示付责！



再回收的标志，显示它是ABS塑胶！

手上有一些类cherry的轴，它的入力大小是很接近cherry青轴加上近来手指比较易不适，所以就想改黑轴为比较轻键入压力的黑轴，刚好手上又有这么多不知作何用的类白轴，所以就拿它的弹簧来再利用！

图中的左一是青轴弹簧，左二是黑轴的，左三则是类白轴它的颜色有点黑，上下弹簧圈数也比较密但入力大小接近青轴或茶轴

数字键盘轴不多，很容易换，但是那个num lock要解焊所以就不动它了



这支键盘上面四个可程式键，如何可程式化，请直接看cherry原厂工程师的说明

To Program the upper 4 keys : To Program the upper 4 keys :
1.  Entering programming mode - Press down and hold 'Num Lock' and press the keys you want to program.  The 'Num Lock' LED will be flashing when entering the programming mode. 1.
