专门灌水

基本要求：

　　为了创建一个更好的论坛氛围，请广大会员遵守国家有关法律、法规，不要制作、复制、发布、传播含有下列内容的信息：

　　1、违反宪法确定的基本原则的；
　　2、危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
　　3、损害国家荣誉和利益的；
　　4、煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；
　　5、破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
　　6、散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
　　7、散布淫秽、情色、赌博、暴力、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
　　8、侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；
　　9、煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序的；
　　10、以非法民间组织名义活动的；
　　11、含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。

　　另外，特别列出来的希望大家特别注意的几点：

　　1.禁止发布攻击中华人民共和国政府、中 国 共 产 党及其领 导 人的言论
　　包括标题，帖子内容，不允许任何文字或图片形式的恶搞或调侃。

　　2.禁止发布各种容易煽动民族仇恨，引起种族或地域歧视的帖子

　　3.禁止发布各种情色或低俗淫秽的图片及文字
　　主要包括：
　　●直接暴露和描写人体性部位的内容（任何人体暴露照片及漏点图片等）
　　●全身或者隐私部位未着衣物，仅用肢体掩盖隐私部位的内容
　　●表现或隐晦表现性行为、具有挑逗性或者侮辱性的内容
　　●以带有性暗示、性挑逗的语言描述性行为、性过程、性方式的内容
　　●以庸俗和挑逗性标题吸引点击的内容
　　●各种有孛于正常伦理道德的不健康的内容

　　4.禁止发布广告

　　5.禁止在水区恶意的恐吓、辱骂、攻击其他会员或故意引起争吵

　　6.禁止恶意公开、传播侵害他人隐私的内容

　　7.禁止各种形式的屠版、恶意灌水及挖坟
　　●对屠版的解释：同一ID在短时间内对某个版面连续发表大量的（不少于10个）纯表情或无意义的重复的回复，或通过大量回复严重打乱帖子在正常情况下的顺序，影响版面美观，影响其他会员浏览的行为，可视为屠版。
　　●对恶意灌水的解释：同一ID在短时间内，对同一个主题或者多个主题进行多个纯表情或无意义的回复。或者长久以来在本版都以相同或极类似的内容进行回复。
　　●对挖坟的解释：恶意回复本版一个月以前发布，近期没有回复并已不处于本版首页的帖子。
　　以上情况，如有发现，删除相应的帖子或回复，并做警告。情节严重或警告无效的，删帖并禁言处理。

　　特别声明：
　　涉及到在论坛其他分区里发生的纠纷，如若不是抱着友善解决问题的心态来发帖，禁止把相关纠纷带到本区。
　　在非论坛认证商家处交易，所发生的事故或纠纷，为避免诬蔑诋毁、宣传广告抑或有意炒作，请勿带到本区。
