Application for the Moderator of 'Water Region'

To Boss Hong,
   
   I'm honored to apply for the Moderator of 'Water Region'.The reasons are as follows,

1. I love our PCWAISHE Forum,this is the first priority.

2. I have a fixed online time,usually from 8am-5pm. When I'm on duty,it can last to 9pm.     
   (Sometimes, Sundays and statutory holidays are exceptional)

3. I have a number of 3033 posts till now.

   I'll do my best to administer the Region,if I'm enrolled. If not, just for fun and I'll 'pump' hard and try again later.
