　　外设天下1月16日讯，前不久同洲电子在北京发布了移动操作系统“960 OS”，而现在CCTV报道称，中科院软件研究所也带来一款这样的系统“COS”。有意思的是两者都号称是我国自主知识产权的智能手机操作系统。

　　报道称，“COS”是China Operatiing System的缩写，其从底层代码到用户界面完全独立开发出来的（具有完全的自主产权），并且增加了许多iOS与Android都不具备的功能，例如支持同时开启四个视频软件，与此同时还能发短信等。

　　此外，中科院软件研究所还对安卓和iOS给出了自己的看法，比如iOS太封闭，安卓不安全等等，同时他们还强调，COS的出现能够打破iOS和安卓垄断的局面，并且随着更多厂商的支持，最终打败它们。

　　据悉，COS可以运行的应用程序已经超过十万个，其会免费提供给手机厂商，而开发者可以通过开放的接口来开发应用程序等。
